Notice is hereby given that the Board of Managers of the Prior Lake-Spring Lake Watershed District, Prior Lake, MN, a government subdivision of the State of Minnesota, organized and operated under and pursuant to Chapter 103D of the Minnesota Statutes, commonly known as the Minnesota Watershed Act, will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the City of Prior Lake, City Hall, 4646 Dakota St SE, Prior Lake, MN.

The purpose of the Public Meeting is to explain the proposed capital improvement project, Prior Lake Outlet Channel Segment 1 Bank Stabilization, which will repair and stabilize outlet channel banks between Fountain Hills Road and County Road 42. The project is estimated to cost roughly $208,000. The project costs will be funded through 2026 Prior Lake Outlet Channel Cooperator contribution rates: an estimated $181,000 from the Watershed District levy, $26,000 from City of Prior Lake funds, and $600 from Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community funds.
