NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids for the construction of Upper Prior Lake Alum Treatment in Prior Lake, MN. The project will consist of Aluminum sulfate and sodium aluminate treatment for long-term lake sediment phosphorus inactivation in Upper Prior Lake. There will be no pre-bid meeting. Bids will be received ONLY through QuestCDN.com via their electronic VirtuBid™ online bid service until 1:00 PM local time, October 9th, 2025 after which such bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via video conference. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from other sources.

The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C. 285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the Prior Lake-Spring Lake Watershed District shall comply with the provisions of the statute.

The Watershed District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
