This report has been prepared by the Prior Lake-Spring Lake Watershed District (PLSLWD, or District) and details the activities of the District through the calendar year 2024. The report will focus on the District’s program and project accomplishments relative to the approved Capital Improvement Plan established in the 2020 PLSLWD Water Resources Management Plan and annual work plan.
