Notice is hereby given that the Board of Managers of the Prior Lake-Spring Lake Watershed District, Prior Lake, MN, a government subdivision of the State of Minnesota, organized and operated under and pursuant to Chapter 103D of the Minnesota Statutes, commonly known as the Minnesota Watershed Act, will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the City of Prior Lake, City Hall, 4646 Dakota St SE, Prior Lake, MN.
The purpose of the Public Meeting is to explain the proposed capital improvement project, “Desilt Pond Improvements”, to make alterations to the desilt settling pond outlet and bypass. The Desilt Pond Improvements are designed to improve efficiency of the District’s Ferric Chloride treatment system. The project is estimated to cost roughly $250,000 funded through the Watershed District levy and/or bonding. Copies of supporting documents will be available at the meeting for review or in advance upon request. Please contact the District office at 952-440-0068 with questions.
