The Prior Lake-Spring Lake Watershed District staff is excited to welcome Elizabeth Frödén to the District as our new Water Resources Assistant!
Elizabeth has a B.A. in Geology from Gustavus Adolphus College and a M.S. in Hydrology, Hydrogeology, and Water Resources from Stockholm University. She brings a variety of experiences to the role, including work on a community outreach program with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and a seasonal research and monitoring position with the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. Some of her favorite types of projects to work on in water resources are watershed modeling and carp management.
In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys baking, playing the violin, and spending time with Juniper, her retired racing greyhound.
