Local residents who have a private well for drinking water can have their water tested for nitrates for free on April 29, 2016 from noon to 4 pm at the Scott County Fairgrounds in Jordan.
The walk-in clinic is open to the general public and will be held in conjunction with the Scott Soil and Water Conservation District’s (SWCD) tree sale pickup. The clinic is hosted by the Scott SWCD and the Minnesota Department of Agriculture.
